Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
The standard order processing time is 2-5 days prior to shipment. However, during peak times such as Easter, Halloween, Christmas and new launches the order processing can take a little longer. Please contact us directly if you need to change or cancel your order. 

Domestic Shipping (the Netherlands)
We ship from Diemen (the Netherlands). 

All our packages in NL are send by PostNL and tracking information is available. 
Standard Shipping: €5,95.

Free Shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €50,-.

International Shipping

We only ship to Europe at the moment. Different rates apply to different countries and will show up when you fill in your address.

Free shipping is available in Europe on orders over €100.

Custom Duties and Taxes

For international orders, we encourage you to research the import regulations of your country before placing an order. We don't hold responsibility for the payment of any custom taxes or duties that your country may apply. 

When to expect your order

In the Netherlands, orders normally take 1-2 days to arrive after the processing time. For international orders however, timeframes can vary greatly. Check the PostNL website for an up to date timeframe of when you can expect your order. 

Please note there may be unforeseen shipping delays due to seasonal holidays, major weather events or other impactful events.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
In case of a refund, please review our Refund Policy. You may start a return by contacting us with details of your order and issue at thecozyorangeoriginal@gmail.com and we'll get right back to you.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at thecozyorangeoriginal@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Once orders are shipped, no changes can be made. 

In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thecozyorangeoriginal@gmail.com with some attached photos of the damage and we will do our best to provide you the best service.
